Yard Rewards Terms

Yard Rewards is the loyalty programme at The Yard in Raglan. You collect stamps when you buy drinks and meals, and once you've collected enough you become eligible for a reward. The Yard runs the programme and its staff manage stamps and rewards.

You earn one stamp for each qualifying item. One drink earns one drink stamp, and one meal earns one meal stamp. Drink stamps and meal stamps are counted on separate tracks. Staff add your stamps at the time of purchase.

When you reach 10 stamps on a track you become eligible for a reward on that track: an eligible drink reward or an eligible meal reward. A staff member must check and approve every redemption. Eligible drink rewards are subject to The Yard's liquor licence conditions and host-responsibility obligations, and staff may decline to serve where those conditions require.

Your stamps don't expire. They stay on your card until they're redeemed.

Stamps and rewards have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to anyone else.

Your card lives at a web link with your own QR code. If you lose the link or change phones, you can get your card back by entering your mobile number at sign-up and verifying it by text.

Your QR code identifies your rewards account. Anyone who scans it can see your balance, and staff can add stamps or approve rewards against it, so keep it to yourself. The Yard isn't responsible for stamps or rewards used if you choose to share your QR code.

The Yard may correct mistakes (for example, stamps added in error) by adjusting or reversing entries on your card. Corrections are recorded so your balance stays accurate.

The Yard may suspend or close a rewards account that is misused, for example attempts to claim stamps or rewards that weren't earned, or other abuse of the programme.
